An all-night "Pirith Chanting" ceremony was organized by the Air Defence Gunnery Training School (ADGTS) Iranamadu to mark its 05th anniversary and to invoke blessings on fallen war heroes of the SLAF and all personnel of SLAF Station Iranamadu on 24th February 2018.

The Pirith Chanting was followed by an alms giving for 12 venerable Maha Sangha and the reliquary was taken to the School Premises in a colorful procession.  The event was attended by Officers, Other Ranks, all trainees and civilians staff of SLAF Station Iranamadu.
