Air Tattoo -2018 Concluded

Thousands of people gathered to witness the final day of Air Tattoo 2018, the Sri Lanka Air Force’s 67th Anniversary Air Show and Educational Exhibition at SLAF Station Ampara on 05th March 2018.
On its first day (03rd March 2018), after its ceremonial opening by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, children as well as adults in large numbers were seen thoroughly enjoying themselves, braving even the inclement weather which was unable to dampen their spirits.
On the First day of the exhibition a crowd of approximately 14,027 attended. On the second day an even larger crowd of approximately 45000 had witnessed the exhibition.
"Air Tattoo 2018" concluded on the third and final day and the last day of exhibition saw a large crowd of over 33,000. A grand musical extravaganza starring Purple Range live in action and Ranaviru Real Star performers for SL Army, Navy and Air Force marked the end of the 67th Sri Lanka Air Force Day Air Show and Educational Exhibition at SLAF Station Ampara.
