The No 15 Administrative and Management
Performance Development Module for Commanding Officers commenced on 06
June 2018 at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay and concluded on 08
June 2018. The inauguration was marked by the address by the CO
JC&SC at the SLAF Academy China Bay Group Captain SDGM
Silva.
The aim of this training module was to develop Administrative and Management performance capabilities of Commanding Officers in the SLAF to take up challenges in the organizational culture and administrative environment.
This module enhances the standardization within the command tier in strategic decision making. This enables the Commanding Officers to develop awareness and to share unique experiences encountered during carrying out of their duties and responsibilities. Further, this course refreshes SLAF laid down procedures and regulations while upholding standards and core values of SLAF.
This training session covered a vast subject scope with lectures and fruitful discussions conducted by competent mentors of the subject area.
