Umariya, a musical extravaganza organized by the Sri Lanka Air Force
Seva Vanitha Unit was held last night (09th June 2018) at Eagles’ Lake
Side Banquet Hall Attidiya.
The premier annual fundraiser organized by the Seva Vanitha Unit of the Sri Lanka Air Force in order to garner the wherewithal to sustain the housing projects undertaken for deserving service members, families of those who made the supreme sacrifice and civilian employees, was a resounding success, with the inimitable duo Bathiya and Santhush teaming up with Umariya to deliver on their promise of an evening to remember.
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy, the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy, members of the Air Force Board of Management and an audience of over 1400 were present at the event.
