The 10th Defence Services Triathlon -2018 was organized by the Sri Lanka Air Force and was held at Uswetakeiyyawa on 09th June 2018. The Director Health Services of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal Lalith Jayaweera graced the occasion as the chief guest.

The triathlon included swimming 750m and 500m for men and women respectively, followed by cycling for 20km and 10km for men and women respectively and finally a run of 5km and 3km for men and women respectively.

The triathlon for the women was held for the first time during the Defence Services Games history and the SLAF Women's Team was strong enough to secure all three places in the event defeating SL Navy.
