Air Field Construction Wing Celebrates 9 Years of Service
The Air Field Construction Wing at SLAF Base Ratmalana celebrated its 9th anniversary on 20th June 2018.
The ceremony began with the Formation Day Working Parade which was reviewed by the Commanding Officer, Wing Commander N Gamage. In line with the celebrations, an all-night Pirith Chanting Ceremony and Alms Giving was organized on the same day to invoke blessing on AFC Wing personnel and the entire SLAF.
The Base Commander of SLAF Base Ratmalana, Air Commodore Ravindra Liyanagamage, Senior Officers and Other Ranks of the Wing participated in the programme.
