SLAF 'Poson Dansela' at Sandahiru Seya
The Sri Lanka Air Force organized a Poson Dansela at Sandahiru Seya premises on 27 June 2018. During the day time it operated as a ‘Rice Dansela” and during the evening it operated as a “Noodles Dansela”. Approximately 12,000 devotees who came on pilgrimage from all over the country benefited from the SLAF Dansela.
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Director Welfare of SLAF, Air Commodore PDA Mariestella, Base Commander of SLAF Base Auradhapura, Air Commodore HN Abeysinghe, Officers, Other Ranks and civilians of SLAF Base Auradhapura attended the event.
