3 SLAF Shooters in National Squad for FEA Hand Gun Championship 2018

Three SLAF Shooters have been selected to the National Squad to represent the Country at the Far East Asia Games which will be held in Pataya, Thailand during September 2018.

The IPSC is the world's second largest shooting sport association and the largest and oldest within practical shooting. Founded in 1976, the IPSC affiliates over 100 regions from Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Competitions are held with pistol, revolver, rifle and shotgun, and competitors are divided into different divisions based on firearm and equipment features. The Far East Asia Handgun Championship, an IPSC Level IV match and is considered worldwide as one of the major IPSC International Meets of the calendar year.
National Rifle Association of Sri Lanka has announced that the shooters have been selected to represent Sri Lanka at the Far East Asia Hand Gun Championship 2018, a match organized by the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC).
