SLAF Base Anuradhapura emerged as the champions at the Inter Unit Billiards and Snooker Championship 2018 defeating SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa in the finals at the Indoor Stadium, SLAF Base Katunayake on 26 July 2018.

In the open event, Flight Sergeant Bandara WGAM of SLAF Base Anuradhapura and Corporal Dananjalee GC of SLAF Station BIA won the Men’s and Women’s Open Championships respectively.

Base Commander of SLAF Base Katunayake, Air Vice Marshal MDAP Payoe graced the occasion as the chief guest. Officers, other ranks were also present at the occasion.
