The Seventh house constructed under the "Commander's Housing Project" by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to Master Warrant Officer DMSS Dissanayake (Retd) by the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy at Poddala today (28 July 2018).

This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Fund and construction was carried out by Civil Engineering Wing and SLAF Station Koggala. Overall project was completed under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.

Director Civil Engineering Air Vice Marshal MRK Samarasinghe, Officers, other ranks and representatives from SVU were also present for the ceremony.
