The 3rdAnniversary of the Research and Development Wing Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayake was celebrated on 5th August 2018. To commemorate this date a Shramadana campaign was conducted at Sri Wimalawansaramaya Temple, Kurana on 06th August 2018 and a Cricket tournament was held on 07th August 2018 at SLAF Base Katunayake with the participation of Officers and other ranks of the Base. This event was patronized  by the Commanding Officer Group Captain SWCP Bodhiseela and all personnel of the Wing.
