SLAF Station Morawewa and SLAF Academy China Bay emerged as Men's and Women's Champions at the Inter Unit Handball Championship 2018 held today (07 September 2018) at the Air Force Health Management Centre (AFHMC) in Colombo.

SLAF Station Colombo and SLAF TTS Ekala became the Men's and Women's runner’s up for the year 2018.

Director Ground Operations of SLAF, Air Vice Marshal KFR Fernando graced the finals and the Awards Ceremony as the Chief Guest. The Chairman of SLAF Handball, Group Captain DRAB Warakanga, Officers and Other Ranks were also present to witness the finals and the Awards Ceremony.
