The Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers residing at the Guwanpura Married Quarters held their first ever Get- Together at the Married Quarters premises on 15 September 2018. Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo Air Commodore Waruna Gunawardana and Chairperson of the SLAF Station Colombo Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Priyanwada Gunawardana graced the occasion as the Chief Guests.

The get-together was organized to enhance the mutual cooperation between the families of the Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers residing at the Guwanpura Married Quarters. There were many sports and recreational events for the children and valuable gifts were awarded to all participants.
