The annual inter unit Hockey championship was concluded recently at Sri Lanka Air Force Station Ekala. SLAF Station Ekala dominated the event by winning  both ‘7 a side and 11 a side’ championships.

 Home team beat the 26 Regiment Wing team of SLAF Base Katunayaka by 3-1 in the 7 a side championship and SLAF Base Hingurakgoda by 1-0 in the 11 a side category.

Director General Engineering Air Commodore BLW Balasuriya graced the occasion as the Chief Guest whilst the Chairman of SLAF Hockey and the Director Logistic Air Commodore TMPD Thennakoon were also attended.
