The 34th Anniversary of SLAF Station Katukurunda was celebrated yesterday (16 November 2018). Coinciding with the anniversary celebrations, fatigue programs were conducted at the ‘Thapowanaya Temple, Katukurunda’ from 06 November 2018 to 13 November 2018, ‘Jayanthi Lama Nivasaya’ on the 05th of November 2018 and ‘St Michel Church, Katukurunda’ on the 9th November 2018.

The Station Day celebration commenced with the morning Working Parade which was reviewed by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Katukurunda, Group Captain BAMP Balasuriya and followed by sports activities. The day’s events concluded with an all ranks lunch.
