Delegation from Defence Services Command and Staff College of Bangladesh Visit AFHQ
A 26 member delegation from the Defence Services Command and Staff College(DSC&SC) of Bangladesh visited Air Force Headquarters today (26 November 2018).
The delegation was led by Captain Abdullah-Al-Maksus along with 25 Bangladesh Armed Forces Officers and one Nepalese Officer who are currently on their Study Tour of Sri Lanka.
The head of the delegation called on Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Sumangala Dias where symbolic mementos were exchanged to mark the event.
Group Captain Thushara Weerarathne, Staff Officer Air Operations 1 of the Directorate of Air Operations conducted a presentation on the history, organization, evolution of air power and the future outlook of the SLAF. The Deputy Chief of Staff of SLAF, Air Vice Marshal Mohan De Zoyza, Members of Air Force Board of Management and Senior Officers were present for the presentation.
