On the directions given by His Excellency the President and under the guidance of the Commander of the Air Force, a newly constructed house was handed over to Mrs. Anna Lechchami in Nochchiyagama yesterday (01st January 2019) as a Community Service Project of Sri Lanka Air Force Base Anuradhapura. The handing over was done by the Base Commander of SLAF Base Anuradhapura, Air Commodore HN Abeysinghe.

This house was constructed by the Civil Engineering Wing of SLAF Base Katunayake under supervision of the Director Civil Engineering and Base Commander of SLAF Base Anuradhapura

Officers and Other Ranks of SLAF Base Anuradhapura, Divisional Secretary of Nochchiyagama, Grama Niladhari and the Chief Priest of the area were present at the ceremony.
