The Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Air Force Station Koggala conducted the first Seva Vanitha event of the year 2019 by donating an ICU bed to the female ward of the Neuro Surgical Department of the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital today (3 January 2019).

The Acting Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Koggala, Squadron Leader PSW Molligoda, President of the Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Station Koggala, Dr. Pushpika Molligoda and the representatives from the Station participated in the event. Consultant of the Neuro Surgical Department, Dr. Nirukshan Jayaweera and his staff received the donation on behalf of the hospital.
