BIA and Ekala Men’s and Women’s Inter Unit Beach Volleyball Champions 2019
Sri Lanka Air Force Station Bandaranayake International Airport (BIA) and Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School Ekala won the Men’s and Women’s Championships respectively, at the inaugural Inter Unit Beach Volleyball Championships 2019 concluded on 22nd February 2019 at SLAF Base Katunayake.
Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School, Ekala and the No 26 Regiment Wing at SLAF Base Katunayaka emerged as Men’s and Women’s runners up respectively.
The Base Commander of SLAF Base Katunayake, Air Vice Marshal MDAP Payoe graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Chairman SLAF Volleyball Air Commodore RN Thilakasinghe, Officers and other ranks were in attendance to witnessed the finals.
