A New Ablution Block for Halugama Dharmapala Primary School

Under the directives of Commander of the Air Force, SLAF Station Mirigama constructed an Ablution Block for Halugama Dharmapala Primary School under the guidance of Wing Commander NK Thanippuliarachchi, the Commanding Officer of the Station.
The ablution block was handed over on 1 March 2019 with the presence of all teaching staff, students of the school and Air Force personnel. Halugama Dharmapala Primary is an under privileged school comprising of 382 students. The school was fortunate to develop brilliant students throughout and among them one past pupil of the school, Pamuditha Yasas Pathirana had secured the Island 1st place in the Engineering Technology Stream for the Advanced Level Examination in year 2018.
