Six (6) projects constructed and completed by the SLAF under “Pibidemu Polonnaruwa” were vested in the public on 25 March 2019 by the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, His Excellency Maithripala Sirisena. The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy also attended the event accompanied by the Director Civil Engineering Air Vice Marshal MRK Samarasinghe.

These projects included
•    One 3 Storied building and an Auditorium for Minneriya National College, Minneriya.
•    Hela Bojun Hala Building at Sinhagama.
•    One 3 Storied Building for Aluthoya Kanishta Vidyalaya, Sinhagama.
•    One 2 Storied library building for Agrabodhi Temple, Giritale.
•    One “Daham Pasal” building for Dharmawijayaramaya Temple, Giritale.
