SLAF Regiment Training School Vanni and SLAF Station Colombo emerged as Men’s and Women's Champions respectively at the Inter Unit Judo Championship 2019 which was concluded yesterday (28 March 2019) at the Indoor Stadium of SLAF Base Katunayake.

Over 200 Judokas took part in the championship. SLAF Station Colombo became Men's Runners Up while SLAF Regiment Training School Vanni and SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa emerged as Join Women's Runners Up.

The Deputy Chief of Staff, Air Vice Marshal AM De Zoysa graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Chairman of SLAF Judo, Air Vice Marshal KFR Fernando, Officers and Other ranks were also present on the occasion.
