Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy, paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, General S H S Kottegoda (Retd) at the Ministry premises yesterday (3 May 2019).

The Commander extended his best wishes to the Secretary Defence on his new appointment. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the visit.
