Taking into consideration numerous requests made by servicemen, the Chairperson of  the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit,  Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy took steps to provide assistance for a number of worthy cases.

The following donations were handed over today (27 May 2019) at the Seva Vanitha Unit at AFHQ with the participation of the Chairperson.

Three (3) wheel chairs were handed over for the following servicemen.
•    Flight Lieutenant NI Wellahewage - Retired
•    To the mother of Flight Sergeant Rathnaake LRLR
•    To the farther of Corporal Ranamukarachchi RAAG

A Portable Sewing Machine was handed over to the wife of Flight Sergeant Arunashantha HPGGP.

Further, three (3) Scholarships were handed over to the children of the following servicemen.

•    To the son of Corporal Jinadasa BKCP (Decseased)
•    To his two (2) daughters of Leading Aircraftman Senevirathne HMCP (Decseased)
