The thirteenth (13th) house constructed under the 'Commander's Housing Project' by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to Leading Aircraftman Nishshanka Kumara JS. The house warming ceremony was held under the patronage of the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy at Badalgama today (28 May 2019).

This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and construction was carried out by the Civil Engineering Wing and SLAF TTS Ekala. The overall project was completed under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.

Director Civil Engineering, Air Vice Marshal MRK Samarasinghe, Commanding Officer SLAF Trade Training School Ekala,Group Captain MJR Perera, Officers, other ranks and representatives from Seva Vanitha Unit were also present for the ceremony.
