Second Session of No 1 Administrative and Management Performance Development Module Concluded

The Second Session of No 01 Administrative and Management Performance Development Module for Base Commanders and Commanding Officers commenced on 19th June 2019 at SLAF Academy China Bay and concluded on 21st June 2019. The inauguration was made with the address by the Commanding Officer of Junior Command and Staff College at the SLAF Academy China Bay, Group Captain SDGM Silva.
The aim of this second session of the training module was to discuss more practical areas that Base Commanders and Commanding Officers in the Sri Lanka Air Force need to be aware of to take up challenges in organizational behavior and administrative environment.
This training session covered a vast subject scope by discussing and analyzing practical issues with a number of case studies by competent mentors of the different subject areas.
This would enable Base Commanders and Commanding Officers to acquaint themselves with currently laid down procedures and regulations and to develop awareness while sharing unique experiences of their own.
