The 3rd session of ‘Military Dialogue Programme - 2019’ organized by Sri Lanka Air Force under the patronage of the Secretariat for Coordinating Reconciliation Mechanisms (SCRM) was held at Anti- Room Officer’s Mess SLAF Base Rathmalana on 22nd and 23rd July 2019 with the participation of Tri Forces, Police and Civil Security  Department personnel.

The ‘Military Dialogue Programme - 2019’ was designed with the aim of enhancing awareness and the engagement of members of Tri Services, Police and Civil Security Department in sustaining peace and reconciliation in Sri Lanka. The session was followed by evening cocktails and dinner for the participants of the programme.
