Indian National Defence College Delegation Visits Air Force Headquarters
A 16 -member delegation from the Indian National Defence College (NDC) visited Air Force Headquarters today (26th August 2019).
The delegation was led by Maj Gen Uramkumarath Suresh Kumar, and comptised Officers who are currently on their Study Tour to Sri Lanka.
The head of the delegation, Maj Gen Uramkumarath Suresh Kumar called on Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias where symbolic mementos were exchanged to mark the event.
Group Captain Asela Jayasekara, Staff Officer 1 of the Directorate of Training conducted a presentation on the History, Post Conflict Role and Challenges of the Sri Lanka Air Force. The Chief of Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana, Members of SLAF Board of Management and Senior Officers were present at the presentation.
