SLAF Station Colombo and SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa emerged as the Men’s and Women’s Champions at the Inter Unit Taekwondo Championship 2019 conducted at SLAF Base Katunayake yesterday (28 August 2019).

Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayake and Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School, Ekala emerged as Men’s and Women’s runners up.

Director Logistic of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal WMKSP Weerasinghe graced the finals and the Awards Ceremony as the Chief Guest. The Chairman SLAF Taekwondo, Air Vice Marshal MRK Samarasinghe, Officers and Other Ranks were also present to witness the event.
