The newly enlisted Student Officer of the 71st Intake of Direct Entry Officers gave his oath yesterday (25 September 2019) at Air Force Headquarters prior to departing for his medical training at General Hospital, Balapitiya.

The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias congratulated the newly enlisted Student officer during the oath taking ceremony. The Chief Recruiting Officer Air Commodore Amal Wimalarathane was also present at the event.
