The Annual Aviation Day of Nalanda College, Colombo was held today (11 November 2019) under the patronage of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias as the Chief Guest. This event was organized for the tenth consecutive year by the Aeronautical Society of Nalanda College. The Commander was felicitated by the Aeronautical Society as well.

The event was attended by past pupils of the college serving in the Sir Lanka Air Force as well as in the Sri Lankan Airlines. The debating competition organized by the Aeronautical Society for the Old Nalandian’s Challenge Trophy was also held today where the team from the college emerged victorious.
