The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias addressed the officers of Course No.13 of the Defence Services Command and Staff College today (28th November 2019).

The Commandant of the DSCSC Major General DAPN Dematanpitiya, the Chief Instructors of the Army, Navy and Air Wings, Brigadier UUKLS Perera, Commodore NPW Amaradasa and Air Commodore P Ranasinghe, faculty members and the permanent staff were also present during the address.
