SLAF Women’s Team Wins Fifth Consecutive National Volleyball Championship

Sri Lanka Air Force Women's Volleyball Team won their fifth consecutive National Volleyball Championship by defeating Sri Lanka Navy 3 sets to nil.
This year’s Air Force Team was captained by Leading Aircraftwoman Jayathunga WAC who is the captain of the National Women’s Volleyball Team.
The tournament was held at the National Youth Services Council Indoor Stadium, Maharagama on 28 December 2019. Member of Parliament and the President of the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation Mr. Ranjith Siyambalapitiya graced the event as the Chief Guest.
Following SLAF players won the specials awards for their excellence in performance.
