The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Sumangala Dias carried out an unscheduled visit of SLAF Station Morawewa on 16 January 2020. During the visit, he inspected the newly renovated Anicut Project, Par Boiling Project and the ongoing paddy cultivation along with other agricultural projects at the Station. 

The Commander also planted a Tom EJC Mango plant at the Station premises during the visit.
