Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit organized a book donation programme for school children of the Ampara area on 23rd and 24th January 2020. This donation progamme was organized under the Guidance of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Mayuri Prabhavi Dias in liaison with the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Ampara.

 

In addition to the book donation programme, an educational exhibition was also conducted by the Martin Wickramasinghe foundation. 

During this event, essential library books were handed over to seven schools in the Ampara area. The Commanding Officer SLAF Station Ampara, Group Captain Suresh Fernando, Officers, other ranks and representatives from Seva Vanitha Unit were also present at the event.
