Sri Lanka Air Force Women’s boxing team emerged Runners-Up at the 94th National Boxing Championship organized by the Boxing Association of Sri Lanka. Tournament was held at the ROYAL- MAS Arena, Royal College, Colombo from 21st to 24th January 2020.

Air Force Boxers (Men & Women) were able to secure 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 4 Bronze medals. More than 200 competitors representing Sri Lanka Boxing Association affiliated clubs including SL Army, SL Navy and SL Police also took part in this Championship.

The President of Singapore Amateur Boxing Association, Mr. Syed Abdul Kadir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at the awards ceremony.
