Administrative and Management Performance Development Module Completed at China Bay

The Administrative and Management Performance Development Module (Second Session No 3 Course) for Base Commanders and Commanding Officers commenced on 17 February 2020 at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay and concluded yesterday (19 February 2020). The inauguration was marked by the address of the Commanding Officer of the Junior Command & Staff College, Group Captain SDGM Silva.
The aim of this training module was to enhance administrative and managerial capabilities of Base Commanders and Commanding Officers in the Sri Lanka Air Force to take up challenges in organizational culture and administrative environment.
This module enhances the standardization amongst command in strategic decision making. This enables the Base Commanders and Commanding Officers to acquaint themselves with current laid down procedures and regulations and to develop awareness with sharing unique experiences encountered during carrying out of their duties and responsibilities.
This training session covered a vast subject scope with lectures and fruitful discussions sessions conducted by competent mentors of respective subject areas.
