Junior officers' development program under the topic of Self-Improvement through Self-Management was conducted by the CQAI today (20 February 2020) at the AFHQ Auditorium in Colombo. Major (Retd) Mahinda Adikari joined hands with CQAI as the resource person in delivering the program for Junior SLAF Officers.

A cross-section of Junior Officers representing all the directorates of the SLAF participated for the event. The program was highly fruitful and informative, where participants were able to acquire a wealth of knowledge regarding essential life management skills, life priorities and many more important topics of service life.
