Captain Vikas Sood (Indian Navy), the newly appointed Defence Adviser to the High Commission of India in Colombo called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias this morning (19 August 2019) at Air Force Headquarters.

The visiting Defence Adviser and the Commander discussed matters of mutual interest before exchanging Official Plaques to mark the visit.
