The FS & FTMS celebrated its 4th Anniversary on 27 August 2020 with the participation of the Base Commander, Air Vice Marshal HSS Thuyacontha as the Chief Guest. As part of the celebration a Community Service Project was carried out by renovating the Computer Training Lab at the Dungalpitiya Maha Vidyalaya, Negombo under guidance of the Commanding Officer Wing Commander AKW Lakshman.

On 27 August 2020, the Squadron commenced the Formation Day with a customary Working Parade and a Volleyball Tournament. The ‘Rosenbauer Team’ players comprised of permanent staff won the trophy this year.  The Anniversary programme concluded with an all ranks lunch.
