Non Commission Officers’ Management School at China Bay celebrates 20th Anniversary

The Non Commission Officers’ Management School at SLAF Academy China Bay celebrated its 20th Anniversary on 1st September 2020. The School organized several events in view of commemorating its anniversary under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Squadron Leader MTM Safrask.
In order to mark this momentous occasion, a Community Service Programme was conducted to clean the surrounding of the Samuddrasanna Temple at Nachchikuda, St Antali Church, “Saint” Alim Appah Jumman Mosque and Sri Ganapathi Kovil at China Bay on 25th August 2020. Further, a Cricket Tournament was organized at the Academy Sports Arena on 22nd August 2020.
The Commanding Officer of the School addressed all Officers, staff and trainees and highlighted the purpose of establishment of the School and also spoke on the objectives of the school. Finally, he wished Directing Staff and all trainees success in all their future endeavors.
In view of the Anniversary an Alms Giving ceremony was also held at School Lecture Hall with the participation of the Commanding Officer, Directing staff and all ranks of the school to invoke blessings on fallen war heroes and also to bless the Non Commission Officers’ Management School as well.
