Under the guidance of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana and Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Charmini Pathirana, a special programme was conducted on today (23 December 2020) to distribute gift packs to the School Children of SLAF personnel who made the supreme sacrifice to the nation. The symbolic donation of gift packs was carried out at the Seva Vanitha Unit, Air Force Headquarters by the Chairperson.

Additional Gift Packs were handed over to Seva Vanitha representatives of the Academy, Bases and Stations of the Sri Lanka Air Force to be distributed at their respective locations. The aim of this programme is to showcase the bond that we are bound to share with the families of the service personnel who made the supreme sacrifice in the name of the nation.
