NO 1 IT WING AT RATMALANA CELEBRATES 8TH ANNIVERSARY WITH A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

The No 1 Information Technology Wing at SLAF Base Ratmalana celebrated its 8th anniversary on 11th March 2021. The customary Working Parade was held on the same day under the purview of the Commanding Officer, Squadron Leader KDC Krishantha.
The celebration included community service activities and religious activities. The Wing conducted a Community Service Project of donating dry ration packs to families around Ratmalana who were in need. Leading up to the celebration, a ‘Bana Program’ was organized at the Wing premises on 12 March 2021 to invoke blessings on all the personnel of the Wing, their families and for all its future endeavors.
The event was attended by Director Information Technology, Air Commodore Arosha Vithana and the Base Commander of SLAF Base Ratmalana, Air Commordore Dhammika Dias.
