1ST NCO’S FLIGHT SAFETY WORKSHOP FOR THE YEAR 2021 SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES

The 1st NCO’s Flight Safety Workshop for the year 2021 was successfully conducted at the Air Force Museum Auditorium from 23 to 26 March 2021. A total of 39 participants representing a cross-section of trades attended the workshop which is the 12th such workshop conducted by the Command Flight Safety Inspectorate of the Sri Lanka Air Force.
The workshop covered areas such as Safety Management Systems, Aviation Physiology and Phycology, Bird Strike Hazard, Aircraft Accident Investigation, Material Factor, Human Factor, Aircraft Fire Fighting and Aspects of Air Traffic Services. The Command Flight Safety Officer, Air Commodore NHDN Dias graced the Certificate Awarding Ceremony as the Chief Guest.
