Sri Lanka Air Force Station Batticaloa which was established in 1983 celebrated its’ 38th anniversary on 27th March 2021 under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Group Captain GPNC Piyasena together with All Officers, Other Ranks and Civilian Staff.

In line with the anniversary celebrations, a Blood Donation Campaign was held in collaboration with District General Hospital Batticaloa on 26 March 2021 at the Station Medical Center. Further 66 service personnel from SLAF Station Batticaloa voluntarily made donations during the above program.
