The delegation from the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana at Air Force Headquarters on 12 November 2021. The delegation was made up by Defence Attaché of the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Wan Dong, Outgoing Deputy Defence Attaché, Colonel Chang Qianjin and the newly appointed Deputy Defence Attaché, Colonel Gao Bin.

During the cordial discussion that ensued, the Commander conveyed his gratitude to the Outgoing Deputy Defence Attaché, Colonel Chang Qianjin for his cooperation with the Sri Lanka Air Force during his tenure and also made a formal welcome to the newly appointed Deputy Defence Attaché, Colonel Gao Bin.

Official plaques were exchanged between the visitors and the Commander to mark the occasion before the delegation departed Air Force Headquarters.
