Proving they were the masters of the game, SLAF Unit Colombo emerged as winners of the Air Force Inter Unit Squash Championship at the tournament final worked off at SLAF Ratmalana on Friday, 26 November 2010.

Thrashing the contending finalists from Tech Formation SLAF Base Katunayake, the six member team form Colombo performed exceptionally well to clinch the winning title, while the team form Katunayake was placed runners up.

Director of Health Services, Air Vice Marshal N.H. Gunaratne was Chief Guest at this year’s Inter Unit Squash Championship which was held at the Squash Courts Complex in SLAF Ratmalana.

Held in four categories of Men’s Novices, Open, over 35 and over 40, the championship saw the enthusiastic participation from a cross section of SLAF personnel.
