The 26th Annual Eliyakanda Hill Climb presently known as SLT-Mobitel Speedup Hill Climb organized by the Southern Motor Sports Club got underway yesterday(20 February 2022) at Matara. The total of 124 drivers and 91 riders were contested for the Championship.

SLAF rider Coporal Jayampathi Dissanayaka clinches 2nd runners up in the Standard Motor Bike 250 cc event and 3rd runners up in Group M-street trail 250 cc 2T and 4T.
