The traditional Handing Over/ Taking Over Parade of Air Defence Command and Control Centre at SLAF Station Mirigama was conducted yesterday (28 February 2022) where the outgoing Commanding Officer, Group Captain DS Wickramarachchi MSc (Def & Strat Stu), BA (Soc Sci), psc handed over the command to Group Captain DSC Fernando RSP and two Bars, USP, Pg Dip (LRHRM).

The outgoing Commanding Officer thanked all service personnel for their fullest support extended to him during his tenure.

The Outgoing Commanding Officer, Group Captain DS Wickramarachchi bid adieu to the Sri Lanka Air Force at the same day after completion of more than 25 years of dedicated service to the nation.
