The Commissioning parade of the Course No.76 Student Officers was held today (23 March 2021) at SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa. The course comprised of 20 Male Student Officers and 05 Lady Student Officers who have undergone 08 weeks of Basic Combat Training.  

 

Director Aeronautical Engineering Air Vice Marshal MD Rathnayake reviewed the parade as the Chief Guest. During his address, he wished all the newly commissioned Officers all the very best for their future endeavors.  

The course was conducted under the guidance of the Commanding Officer SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa Air Commodore PSN Fernando while the parade was commanded by the Officer Commanding Training Wing Commander NAI De Silva. Wing Commander MDPB Madawatta officiated as the Chief Instructor Officer Training who was in charge of the No. 76 Direct Entry Student Officers’ Course.
